Join Us for Forktoberfest: IREM Houston's Annual Food Fest Event!
Get ready to mix, mingle, and taste the competition at Forktoberfest, one of IREM Houston’s signature fundraising and networking events! This Oktoberfest-themed celebration brings together commercial real estate managers and service providers for an evening of spirited connection, cold brews, and culinary competition.
Teams will fire up their creativity (and their grills) to battle it out for “Best Bite” bragging rights. Come hungry—guests will sample a variety of savory creations while casting their votes and building valuable industry relationships.
Whether you're competing, networking, or just there for the bites and brews, Forktoberfest is the perfect blend of fun and professional flair.

Attire: Business Casual with a festive twist encouraged!
Attendees will enjoy food from several cooking teams, drinks, Oktoberfest inspired games, live music from The Reverb Cartel, and more!
Food Fest Cooking Team Information:
- $500 Members, $600 Non-Members
- Team must pick between appetizer, entree, side dish, or dessert
- Includes 1 - 6ft. table, 2 chairs, and a team name sign
- Teams listed on the IREM website and in promotional emails
- Includes entry for 4 individuals

Attendee Ticket Information:
Tickets: $50 for members, $65 for non-members
Includes two drink tickets, unlimited samples of all cooking team foods, free parking, and a chance to win prizes with our event games!
**There is an early bird bulk ticket purchase option for this event. Purchase 5 tickets for a discounted price of $200. This is a great opportunity for vendor partners to purchase tickets to invite property management and building engineer professionals out to this event.**
