Whether you are a newer professional seeking a guide, or someone with a lot of expertise to share – a culture of mentoring amplifies the success of all parties involved and will be the driver to our industry rising above this crisis.
The IREM bruncheon will help emerging professional learn to quickly make themselves valuable and ready to pick up the baton. More experienced attendees will learn how to better attract and retain a future workforce, discovering how to build leaders including themselves. Could the spirit of support be the key component to retaining a workforce that is thriving?
About Keynote Speaker Reagan Pugh: Before speaking and facilitating full time he guided initiatives on storytelling, culture, and leadership development at companies like Nike, Pepsico, Western Digital, and Kimberly Clark as Chief Storyteller with the innovation consulting firm, Kalypso. Reagan has designed and taught leadership courses for Texas State University, Trinity University, and Angelo State University and continues to speak to college audiences throughout the U.S. He is a former teacher with Teach for America as well as a former award-winning improv actor. Reagan is a regular (and favored) IREM speaker, hails from Austin and has a book coming out in 2022.
