Presenter Kimberly Morgan, CPM of Atlanta (Stream Realty Partners Senior Manager) has over two decades of successfully developing property management staff including engineering teams and chief engineers. In her award-winning tenure in the Commercial Real Estate industry, she has served as an IREM Austin Chapter President and as a Regional Vice President within the Institute. Kimberly, who has a degree in education, is currently speaking all over the U.S. She is fun and engaging and attendees will leave with valuable insights to immediately take back to their roles within the management team.
