We're excited to bring our members together safely in this fun outdoor space for a holiday social. Grab your favorite flannel shirt, scarf or socks and join us at Kirby Ice House Memorial to celebrate the holiday season and enjoy each others company. Additional, this party will mark the end of our Holiday Market virtual auction and will be your chance to see a few of the auction przies close up and maybe even claim your winnings! This event is completely free to IREM Members and attendance includes two drink tickets, free parking, and networking with your IREM colleagues and friends. So that we may keep track of attendance numbers for social distancing purposes, please RSVP to this event here. Walkins will be prohibited.

COVID RESPONSE: The Kirby Ice House team is committed to minimizing the spread of Coronavirus. During this time, we have implemented the following policies:

• All visitors must undergo a temperature check upon arrival. All visitors are encouraged to enter and exit through the backyard. There is no need to enter the building.

• All employees will wear masks and gloves while on the premises. Visitors are encouraged to wear masks.

• We have removed some of the furniture from the premises and have spaced out tables to follow social distancing guidelines. Please do not re-arrange the furniture.

• We accept Apple Pay and contactless credit cards, as well as our standard means of payment.

• We have set up multiple sanitizing stations throughout the premises for visitors and employees to use.

• Employees will frequently sanitize surfaces throughout the premises. We will spray BioProtect RTU to help protect surfaces from COVID-19.

• Drinks will be served in plastic cups, without straws. Fruit will only be served upon request.

Even with the above precautions, the risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. Although we are taking enhanced health and safety measures and following CDC guidelines, if you have concerns about attending, have been exposed to someone with COVID, or are exhibiting any symptoms related to COVID-19, please refrain from participating in this event.

Please note that we will be outside so attendees should dress accordingly.
