Instructors:
Philip Schneidau, CPM is the President / Chief executive officer of Woodbranch Management, Inc., which is a privately owned real estate company engaged in the management and leasing of its own properties. The Woodbranch portfolio consists of approximately 11 office buildings, two parking garages and a shopping center in the greater Houston area. Schneidau is also coordinating the development of an additional high rise office building as well as a luxury multifamily and retail center in Downtown Houston. He has a BBA in Finance from the University of Houston. Philip is active in all real estate management and leasing roles, is a real estate broker and serves on the board or volunteers for several real estate organizations. He is a former President of the IREM Houston Chapter.
